Lingamfelter sides with Domestic Violence Offenders

Richmond, VA – Yesterday, Governor McAuliffe released a report from The Educational Fund to Stop Gun Violence that found over half of domestic homicides in Virginia were caused by guns.  The group recommended legislation that would prohibit gun possession by anyone under a protective order or those convicted of misdemeanors related to domestic violence.

Statement on the results of primary winners in House of Delegate districts

June 10, 2015Press ReleasePrimaries were held in districts 44, 45, 63, 69, 74, and 79.

Richmond, VA – Democratic primaries were held across several districts today to select nominees for the House of Delegates in November.  We are excited to congratulate several who we look forward to being new members to our caucus as well as our current members who have won our party’s nomination, once again.

The winners are as follows:

District 69: Delegate Betsy Carr
